Are there any guidelines about whether indexing should be done in all upper case letters.

Indexing should be done in UPPER and lower case for ease of reviewing. It is easier to read that way. However, the case does not matter since FamilySearch runs a program which changes entries to upper and lower case. So, if you are indexing, please use upper and lower case, but, if you are reviewing, no need to take the time to change it.

(Some people must index in all upper case due to their eyesight issues.)
