Questions:
(1) WHAT "Update" (and, WHEN)?
(2) What do you man by: "... I can't access my tree ... "?
Please advise.

(1) WHAT, "Browser"; &, "Operating System", are you using?
(2) Is the "Browser" one of those that is supported, by 'FamilySearch'
(3) Are your "Browser"; &, "Operating System", Up-To-Date, with the LATEST (or PREVIOUS) versions of each?
(4) Have you tired "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; &, "Cache", of your "Browser"?

@Valerie Forrester What is the error preventing you from access? Perhaps include a screenshot of the error/problem here?
