2 Week sign in.

FYI
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
I use the "Option" of "Keep me signed in for 2 weeks".
I principally use, 'FamilySearch', with the "Browser", of 'Google' "Chrome", with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10"; where, BOTH, are using the LATEST "Version" of each.
But, I also often use , 'FamilySearch', with the "Browser(s)", of 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and, occasionally, 'Microsoft' "Edge" , both, with the "Operating System" of "Windows 10"; where, again, ALL, are using the LATEST "Version" of each.
And, I am having NO trouble with the the "Option" of "Keep me signed in for 2 weeks", it works just fine.
As such ...
Respectfully ...
Questions:
(1) WHAT, "Browser"; &, "Operating System", are you using?
(2) Is the "Browser" one of those that is supported, by 'FamilySearch'
(3) Are your "Browser"; &, "Operating System", Up-To-Date, with the LATEST (or PREVIOUS) versions of each?
And, of course, an "Oldie"; but, often, STILL, a "Goodie", that more often than not works ...
(4) Have you tired "Clearing" the, "Cookies"; &, "Cache", of your "Browser"?
So ...
That Said ...
Just in case ...

Yes, it is especially annoying that if I sign in with the LDS account, I have to use the authenticator app every. single. time. I don't have to use authenticator when I sign in to regular Church accounts (only once a month), so why do I have to do it so much for FamilySearch?
