How do I view this resource?
How do I view or request a lookup in the cataloged book: "Frederick County, Maryland, naturalizations, 1785-1789" by Raymond B. Clark? I see no film and WorldCat only shows that it exists at the SLC library. Ancestry shows a record for:
Nicholas Snyder, arrival year 1816, Maryland
and lists this book as the source. I need more information about the actual entry to determine if it relates to my ancestor or not.
It used to be so easy to contact FamilySearch for answers. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to post this, disappointing. Thanks for all help!

I believe the Family History Library's Lookup Service would be able to do this for you, but you'll need to specify which of the two books by this title and author you mean:
Published c1974: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/37990
Published 1987: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/540430
The Lookup Service's request form is a green button hidden on the bottom picture of a bookshelf here: https://www.familysearch.org/en/family-history-library/family-history-library-records-look-up-service

Because the Community Help Center has specific icons that allow us to post questions to a group that handle different parts of the FamilySearch site, I have moved this discussion to the Community Search Category which relates to working with Records, the Catalog and the Digital Library. This will help others with a similar question find the discussion.

It's 'Brett'.
Question(s):
▬ WHAT is the the "Community Help Centre"?
▬ Is the "Community Help Centre", something, NEW?
[ Is, there something, that we DO NOT, know about ... ]
As, my understanding, is; and, has always been ...
That, I thought, that this, WAS; and, HAS, always been, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum was established, a NUMBER of Years ago, on the premise of:
Users/Patrons, HELPING / ASSISTING, Users/Patrons ...
And, the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, has been operating, quite successfully, for many YEARS, now .
In future ...
Please, DO NOT, confuse the "Name", of this "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, with; or, as, ANYTHING else.
Please, DO NOT, create; or, use, a "Name", that DOES NOT exist.
As Users/Patrons (ie. the "Participants", in this Forum), are already confused, well enough; as, it is ...
[ ie. WITHOUT, even MORE confusion ... ]
'Thank You' in advance.

FamilySearch Community> FamilySearch Help
FamilySearch> ? (Help)> Help Center
Very similar.
Some Support sites will require the user to Search the Help Center before availability/referral to Community resources. The FamilySearch Help Center is probably under utilized by users of FamilySearch Community (it is much easier to jump on a chat or bulletin board to post concerns than to search documents (and it is not Community members jobs to refer to such documentation if the answer does not require such - though that is a Community Guideline). This is to provide more efficient usage of FAQ/documentation which may resolve a concern at the outset. Many look upon Help Center document responses as canned/boiler plate/unhelpful - and such would limit Community individual response for involved issues. If all issues could be resolved by reference to Help Center documents then Community would essentially be an AI automated responder. Theoretically every solution/accepted answer in Community could be a Help Center document/faq for each segment/category. Thus the confusion of terms - it is all meant 'to help'.

Regardless ...
The "Community.FamilySearch" Forum, is were Users/Patrons come, to ask 'Questions'; or, "Communicate", that REQUIRES interaction.
Whereas ...
The "Help Centre", is were Users/Patrons can themselves obtain, Help/Direction, WITHOUT the need for interaction.
They have BOTH, been around for some time.
They are BOTH, to a larger degree, distinct; and, separate, form each other.
[ Although, they can certainly benefit/support each other ... ]
But ...
That Said ...
And, they should NOT be "Conflated".
There is enough, confusion; and, inconsistency, already in 'FamilySearch', without conflating the two ...
As Users/Patrons (ie. the "Participants", in this Forum), are already confused, well enough; as, it is ...
[ ie. WITHOUT, even MORE confusion ... ]
