I am indexing military rolls and rosters and on latest batches I download for indexing will not allow me to type in Military month--there is no down arrow for me to choose a month. Day and year fields are fine. Is it my computer or problem with batch. Problem is not only with this batch but with others I downloaded as well.

Another problem with this batch is many of the sheets are nearly "white" . . . with barely visible letters to transcribe. I've run across and rejected about 10 of these already this morning. I know all about using the brightness and other tools and have managed to get about 4 of these transcribed . . . but still I can barely see what I'm supposed to transcribe and have to reject many. I think these should be re-scanned . . . I'm moving on to another batch of documents now.

When you say 'rejected' what do you mean? You sent them back? Marked them 'Unreadable'? Or No, No Extractable data?
