How do I get these batches indexed

Hi! I have many image batches I would like indexed to try and find my great-grandma's obituary. Many of these batches are 2,500+ names. Can I submit them to be indexed? If not, how do I find my great-grandma in these large batches?

    Though the images are not arranged completely chronological - the ones at the beginning do seem to be grouped by month/year. So my best guess - if you know the death date - find the month - then carefully scroll/view the individual images.

    @Paul W The link worked for me.

    We appreciate your desire to have these records indexed! The answer to your question is found in the Help articles as follows:

    "FamilySearch cannot accept requests to index-specific collections.

    As we continue to grow, we are eager to provide as many records on the Internet as possible. However, the process for retrieving, indexing, and publishing records can be complicated, and it may take us some time to provide certain records. Some reasons for slower processing include:

    • FamilySearch does not have legal permission to publish indexes or images.
    • FamilySearch lacks access to some scanned images.
    • Volunteer resources are limited.

    We are as excited as you are to have more records available. We thank you for your patience as we work toward that goal."

    If you would like information on how to find your ancestors in these unindexed records we suggest you post a request for help in the Search Support Community. They are specifically trained in those records so are your best resource for help searching those records to find your ancestors.

    @Jessica Fleck

    There appear to be too many digits in the DGS number, so the "link" provided is not leading to the film containing these obituaries.

    For me the first link goes to a 1950 United States census collection and the error message "No results found"; the second link goes to a different page with a different error message.
