Indexing individuals living in Canada. It lists the tenant, and also the name of owner

Typically we index the tenants, but some batches list the tenant, and also list the property owner on the same line. Do we index both, or just the tenant?

I sent the batch number. I noticed the next batch which I have checked out is the same way. It lists tenants, and ellsewhere it lists the owners. The indexer only indexed the tenants.

The Project Instructions say to not index the names of people "listed in the Remarks column or in the Owner column". So going strictly by those instructions, I wouldn't index them if they were in the Remarks or Owner column, but I would if they were in the Occupant's column. (Looks like it's done correctly)

Thanks for the answer. I guess it was bothering me that we gather the names of the tenants, and ignore the names of the property owners which are so nicely listed and available. It seems like a lost opportunity.
