Reference Images "Forbidden"

Suddenly today reference images are not available. I'm reviewing Italian records, and although the indexer has used a reference image to complete a record, I can't access that reference image to verify.

Can I assume this is a glitch and that it will be fixed? If not, what do I do with such a batch?

I'm reviewing Italian records and am not experiencing a glitch. What project are you working on?

Post your batch code [MXXX-XXX] at end of your batch name. in case it's a batch-related issue that someone else has seen too.

Try a different browser (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge). If that helps, then your current browser probably needs to be cleaned up.

Start by clearing FS Cookies for your browser:

If that doesn't help, make sure your browser is up to date and then clear all cache and cookies:

Thanks for the quick replies, all. I did try Chrome (instead of Edge), and it did work. Just now I tried again with Edge and it seems to be working correctly. "Wait a while and try again" seems to be the standard solution <grin>
