Indexing records no longer visible
A few days ago my ability to bring up the Web Index no longer works. I can't find my projects or the statistics of my work.
How can I retrieve this when I check in? I can only find a few reports to transcribe and no way at all to check others work. I'm at a loss why this is happening.
I hope someone can help me correct this matter.

What Operating System (Windows, macOS, etc) are you using?
What browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, etc) are you using?

I have Windows 10 and use Firefox. Up to a few days ago I was able to access Web Index to work on my batch.

I'm on Windows 10 21H2 and Firefox 96.0.3 up-to-date and do not have this issue. It seems perhaps Familysearch has changed the site to not allow non-up-to-date browsers?
You most likely will need to change your Firefox site/cookie settings for Familysearch.org. You may also have a security/content filter app (you have several app icons that you might need to check). If you click the slider bar icon next to Familysearch.org address - you can check cookie settings you will need to allow. If you click the lock icon you can clear cookies/cache and reload the page - also allows you to check secure connection to site etc. Clicking on the shield will allow you to check protection settings. Hopefully these ideas will give you some things to check/troubleshoot.
