Scottish Parish records batch query

Thanks for your question @SPierce7 regarding UK, Scotland, Lanarkshire—Church Records, 1823–1967 [M3KP-47M].
This is a baptism register. In the Project Instructions under What to Index, the example for How to Index a Baptism Register is just like your batch. There is a note included at the end of the example, stating that in this form, the child's father's name was listed with the sex of the child.
You will index the baptism date fields, the father's given and surnames fields, and the sex field. The other fields should be marked blank, including the child's given and surname fields. In the Field Help for Child's Surname, paragraph 3 says, "Do not assume a surname from the surnames of others mentioned in the document."
That's wonderful that you are able to index records from your own country!

Sorry but this did not answer the question I asked. It is unclear from the batch whether it is burial or perhaps baptism. I need specific guidance for this batch.

Thank you for the help. It is much appreciated. I might even find one of my own relatives here.
Could you look at my other post as well. I would be very grateful.
