Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Just curious ...
Question: WHAT is it exactly, that you are TRYING to "Print", from a "Family Group"?
[ ie. WHAT "Info" ... ]
Just my thoughts.
Are you using these instructions to print the family group records?
I am still somewhat confused ...
I have been trying, different things.
But, I cannot seem, to grasp, your problem/issue.
And, I am using the ORIGINAL "Computer" Web "Version, of 'FamilySearch' ...
[ ie. NOT, the "Mobile" Application "Version", of FamilySearch' ... ]
I 'looked' at:
(1) Printing either, a "Family Group" Sheet (and, even, a "Pedigree") from ... "Print"
(2) Printing from a "Browser"
Question: Are you referring to "Printing" from a "Family Group".
IF, so; THEN, Please advise.
I am also interested to know exactly what you are trying to print...
When I go to FamilySearch and click on my icon at the upper right, I can find the Family Group link in the drop-down list. I can click that link and generate the list of all of the individuals who are part of the Family Group I currently belong to. I can then use the Ctrl P or browser print option to print that list of individuals.
If this is what you are trying to print, it is working for me across Chrome, Firefox and Edge in their current versions on my Windows 10 operating system.
If you are trying to print a Family Group record such as a Pedigree Chart or a Family Group Chart, those instructions are listed above, but I have been successful with those print options as well. Specific details about the steps you are taking, and the operating system, browser and browser version you are using would be much appreciated so that we can try to replicate the problem you are having.

I look forward to continued discussion as we try to troubleshoot your concern. 😉
