I am an avid index that travels internationally for work. Unfortunately, I have found that I can't index U.S. batches when I am outside of the U.S. Does anyone know why this is? For example, I have 4 U.S. Military Rosters reserved right now, but I am in France today and it won't let me access them (even though I am logged in under my account)?

Thanks for any insight!

"FamilySearch does not usually own the records belonging to a particular indexing project. The owner is allowing FamilySearch to help. In many cases there is an agreement that the project will be restricted to a certain geographic area. Volunteers must live within the area to participate. "
