Sign in problem

always ensure that you sign OUT of your FS session before someone opens a new session.
Currently FS doesnt handle well two people on the same computer if they dont both always sign off before the 2nd user signs on.
another option which MIGHT work - is to use different browsers.
You use One Browser (such as Chrome) and she uses a different browser such as (Firefox)
I believe using multiple browsers you wont have the issue even if you dont sign out.

you can access the sign out option from your session/account options - in upper right.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Just in passing ...
Short Answer: One CANNOT, have two 'FamilySearch' Accounts open, in the SAME "Browser".
Basically ...
One, NEEDS to open, ANOTHER (ie. DIFFERENT) "Browser", in another 'Window', to have more than ONE User's/Patron's 'FamilySearch' Account open, at the SAME time, on the SAME Computer.
ie.
For 'FamilySearch' ...
I principally use the "Browser" of 'Google' "Chrome"; where, I am logged in with my 'FamilySearch' Account.
But ...
That Said ...
Often, we want to 'look-up' (or, reference) something in my Wife's 'FamilySearch' Account.
This I achieve, by opening the likes of the "Browser" of 'Mozilla' "FireFox", in a new/another 'Window'; and, then, logging into, that "Browser", with my Wife's credentials, for her 'FamilySearch' Account.
Plus ...
IF, we are helping/assisting (ie. dealing with) a THIRD User/Patron, we can EVEN achieve the SAME, by opening a THIRD "Browser", in my case, I would use 'Microsoft' "Edge"; as, the THIRD "Browser".
Thereby, having the 'FamilySearch' Accounts, of THREE (x3) Users/Patrons open, at the SAME time, on the SAME Computer.
I hope, that this may help/assist.
