no date showing

The batch I am working on shows no date yet the person who indexed this batch found a date of Sept 30, 1916. I don't know where it came from.

    If you'd like help we would need to see the batch ourselves. To share the batch copy the numbers/letters in the brackets at the end of the project title. That's your batch number.

    If the batch is US Military Muster Rolls, the indexer probably used the reference images to locate the date. Please share your batch by clicking on Help (next to Data Entry) then Share Batch as @barbaragailsmith suggests above, then we can show you how to use reference images in this project/batch 😎
