They are bro. of Brigham Young and have “read only” status. Names are about 7 lines down after Dimick Huntington & other Mormon Battalion/UT War veterans. Interesting that Levi Hancock [Battalion E] name in original Woodruff list, isn't included in Journal Hist copy here. Link to the Woodruff list is in the doc description.
