We would have to be able to look at the batch to answer the question. Do you have a Shared batch code?

A page number is going to be the number of the page in the book. They do not want that to be indexed per the field help: Do not index the Page Number.
A record number is usually written before the record starts. Like No. 42 The marriage of ----- and ---- No. 43 The marriage of ---- and ----- , or maybe 43a then 43b, etc. It could possibly a number
I doubt with the dates on this project being 1400-1885 (Marriage Bonds and Allegations) you will find many of either type of number. But, if you want to share a batch, just type the batch code as a comment. The batch code is the series of letters and numbers in brackets after the project title.
