Not sure why this is showing as moved and closed.
But, you cannot start or request an indexing project to be started. Here is a help center article that will explain why:

Dear Melissa,
Thanks for the standard respond. Of course I read that article beforehand. Unfortunately it doesn’t bring more clarity.
Could you please be more specific on reasons what exact limitations you have to enable community to work on Exact mentioned films. I was also in contact with LoyAnn Bennett from FS and she proposed to post the topic here, to experts in order to solve that.

I am not an employee of FamilySearch, just another volunteer who does a lot of indexing. Maybe someone will come along to enhance the information found in the help center article.

Let me clarify, you would like that someone indicates you how you can start indexing a project to enable it and make active these films for the community also? You also mention that the films are already here, published in Family Search.
-Great, these records you are referring are of public access and consist of non indexed images, or are not indexed yet. There is a process that FamilySearch follows in order to post a project for indexing to mention:
- FamilySearch does not have legal permission to publish indexes or images.
- FamilySearch lacks access to some scanned images.
- Volunteer resources are limited.
Regretfully, we cannot accommodate requests from indexers to be given specific projects, localities, batches, or records to index. Indexers can select a project that interests them or matches their particular abilities, such as skill, language, or type of record.
Because of the time commitment required and the need to provide work that has broad appeal, we are not currently accepting new project requests. You may want to check later on future projects. Information about upcoming collections is not made available prior to publication due to various factors that can affect the publication time line, such as agreements with genealogical societies about the indexing of their records, final assembly considerations, space on the servers, geographic considerations, and so forth.
Thank you for your consideration and patience. Hope this answer your question. Thank you for inquiring about this collection and the possibility to index it.
