"Sign in" won't accept my Username and Password

After clicking "Sign in" and entering my username and password, i'm told that i have the wrong information. However, when i click on "sign in with Church Account", which has the same username and password, I am immediately give access to my account. Hmmm???

Recently ...

That OUR, "Church" Account; and, 'FamilySearch' Account, have NOW, been separated, to a significant degree.

Just in passing ...

Question: Did you get, CONFORMATION, of the "Change"?

[ The "System", may just take some time to "Synchronise" (ie, the "change" to take effect) ... ]

And ...

IF, you are a Member of the Church; THEN, you can, access your 'FamilySearch' Account, through your "Church" Account.

Just my thoughts.
