About two weeks ago I bought and paid for a new membership for my grandson, Greg Morelli

He's not heard from you to know if he can go on line and use Ancestry.com

Thank you,

Claire G Morelli

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

Just so, that your are aware ...

This is 'FamilySearch'; and, NOT "Ancestry_com" ...

'FamilySearch' is FREE to ALL ...

There is NO, payment; nor, subscription, required, for a 'FamilySearch' Account.

Can I humbly suggest, that you will NEED to contact, "Ancestry_com" DIRECTLY, about the matter.

    Just my thoughts.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett

ps: Here, is how to contact "Ancestry_com", from a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':

    Contact Ancestry support.

    Email them at [email protected]

    Call them at 1-800-615-6560 (9:00 a.m.–11:00 p.m. eastern time).

If you are outside the United States, you can use Skype to call.

Chat with them online from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mountain Time.

"bought and paid for a new membership"

It wasn't FamilySearch or FamilySearch Community you bought a membership to . . . They are totally FREE.

    FYI

It is OK ... 'done and dusted' ...

'Claire' was happy with my 'Answer'.

She responded; but, unfortunately, her later 'Comment', was "Hived-Off", by the "Administration"; as, a separate 'Post'; because, it contained another 'Question.

    'See' ...

The NEWLY created 'Post', by the "System" ...

    And ...

Here is the 'Comment', by 'Claire', that originally appeared in this 'Post' ...

It was a 'Bad' day, for me Yesterday, with numerous 'Comments', that I was in the process of responding to; being, "Moved", in 'mid stream'' as, 'Post', in their own Right - the problem/issue was, that it left me 'high and dry', when I went to "Post [ My ] Comment'.

Sometimes, it would not let me; and, other times, my 'Comment' appeared; but, the proceeding one, that I was responding to, had "Vanished" - I wasted so much, unnecessary time ...

    Frustrating ...
