Search isn't working normally

Is anyone having problems with "Search Historical Records" and other categories in Search?
It hasn't been running normally for the last 2 or 3 days
I open it up and the scroll bar is locked up and when I try to use it stuff highlights. Every so often it will begin working but once it does it doesn't continue to respond normally. I called Family Tree Support and was instructed to clear Familysearch Cookies and Chrome data. I then rebooted and still no improvement. All the other sites I use are working normally. Appears to me to be a Familysearch technical problem. However, I would have thought that there would have been many complaints by now. So it might still be isolated to my computer. Help. thanks

There are plenty of others with the problem. The posts are scattered all over this board. I have been posting since mid December. After they offer one or two useless suggestions, they just stop responding to the threads. Search is not working consistently on any browser, all of which are up to date--the newest browser--and I have restarted, cleared cache and cookies, tried different browsers. Made sure the system was updated and the browsers were on the latest edition. Search does not work at all sometimes, and unpredictably the rest of the time.

Same here. As a temporary fix I refresh the page in my web browser.
While I wait for the Search tool to get fixed, I am concentrating on building the tree. The Hints system is working so well that I rarely need to use Search.
