Conflicting information in project instructions in Denmark census

In the Denmark (Aarhus) 1885 census: Danmark, Aarhus—1885 folketælling[M3NZ-MMR] , there is conflicting information in the English and Danish versions of the project instructions for the birthplace (Fødested) field. English says, "You should expand abbreviations or correct misspellings when you can tell what the abbreviation stands for or what the correction should be to the spelling."

The Danish says to write the name of the birthplace as it is written: "Skriv navnet på fødestedet, som det står skrevet"

So which is correct? Do we correct misspelled birthplace names or not?

Thank you @Barid King for reporting the conflicting instructions in Danmark, Aarhus—1885 folketælling [M3NZ-MMR].

The instructions on the Danish template have been corrected to reflect the same instructions found on the English template. We do expand abbreviations and correct misspellings when you can tell what the abbreviation stands for or what the correction should be to the spelling.

We appreciate your patience while the conflicting information in this project was escalated. Thank you, again, for reporting this. We thank you for your efforts in indexing these vital records.

It is now January 25th. There have been no comments made on this topic which needs to be addressed by a Moderator. An apparent problem with the project instructions/field helps needs to be escalated. I still don't know who to tag regarding Indexing, so I'll go with the Community Moderator @PiperTWilson

Thanks in advance for getting @Barid King an answer to this important question!
