How to index a marriage certificate that is mixed in with death certificates?

I was indexing a batch from the South African, Western Cape - Deceased Estate Files and there was a marriage certificate included. I couldn't find a way to notify anyone or add info about that. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to deal with that?
