Date of order, a death date?

Hello,
In the following batch, is the date of order (left column) also the death date? it seems to correspond to the burial date, but I wanted to be sure.
UK, England, Middlesex—Parish Registers, 1539–1988 [Part A][MSN8-68X]
Thank you.

Date of order is not necessarily the same as date of death. Date of order is when the informant told the priest/cemetery/church that a burial should be made. It could be the next day (often is, when a death occurs late in the day). Could be 2 days later, if someone died on a Holy Day/holiday or weekend.
