Deeds and Indentures

When indexing images with both deeds and indentures is there some way to delineate the two or does it not matter? Also, if the property listed shows previous owners, do I also make an entry for those people as well or just keep it to the grantee and grantor that sign the document?

    @NicoleAlldredge is it possible for you to share the batch number so that we can look at what you're indexing. You will find the batch number at the top of the page you're working on. It is a mix of letters and numbers [xxxx-xxx]. This will help us to get you where you need to go.
