Surname only
on Boston tax records- if only a surname is shown with no other info, should it be indexed?

I know this is not addressed in the project instructions but the general guidelines state:
- If at least part of a name was given for an individual who should be indexed in this project, index the part of the name that was given.
Following this guideline I would index the name.
