How do I get to the next batch
It says that there is 40 names and I can only access 15 of those names. Please advise.

The chances are that your project provides each batch with 40 blank entries per image by default. But your particular batch might not need them all for what sounds like its only image. So click on the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar, choose the option "all blank entries," and then click "Delete" to delete the entries you don't need.
