I am looking for the parents for Nicolo Cao b. 1820 Udine Friuli-Venezia Italy. The numbers after his name are LW5H-MC1. But I am not sure what to do with the numbers to find his parents. Thank you, Bonnie

LW5H-MC1 is the PID or Person ID for Nicolo Cao.

In the FamilySearch tree, Nicolo's father is listed as Valentino Cao (G4PR-N1V), but there are no source documents attached in evidence.
Many Italian records have been microfilmed and are now digitized and online, but not all have been indexed to be searchable by name.
