There are a few entries in my family tree that I am pretty sure need correction. Can I email a familysearch volunteer documentation that shows why I feel a correction is needed? Then they can cross-check it and edit, if they agree a change is needed?

This is a very old thread from the transition period from new FamilySearch to Family Tree when editing was not available. If you go to any detail page of a person in Family Tree you can edit vital information, relationships (spousal, parental, etc). Below are some help center articles that you should read to understand how to edit information. No support personnel will edit information it is up to you. Exceptions are made for "locked records".
