Scrolling up problem

Why can't I scroll up through my search results any more?

The results appear but I can only see the first two then the page won't scroll up.

It seems like a pedantic nitpick on the face of it, but...: it's usually referred to as scrolling down -- are you perhaps not getting anywhere because you're trying to go the wrong direction?

@VLeatham - I saw another post by a member with this problem. Scroll disappeared

Perhaps there is a bug. I'll be on the lookout for more reports.

For now, please try to clear your cache to see if that helps resolve the problem. I also ask that you share your current operating system and the browsers you've used.

When I do a "Search Records" I cannot scroll using the up/down arrows.

I am using an iMac (2015) running macOS 12.4 and Safari Version 15.5 (17613.2.7.1.8).

I tried also Google Chrome, Version 103.0.5060.53 (Official Build) (x86_64) but with the same "no scroll" results.

PiperTWilson, could you tell us how the problem was resolved?
