How do I get a page indexed that was missed?

Specifically, I am trying to figure out why a death record for Jefferson Co, Ohio is not indexed, when clearly other pages are - I think this one was missed: FHL film #004017030 image 205 of 488 - the bottom 2/3 of the page has no index and I cannot find the names in the search engine. I have tried several names, such as lines 238 and 239, and they are not in the records search.

I haven't checked every name on the page, but I see the names at the bottom of the page in the index.

I searched those specific names using the name and Ohio as the death place and both were in the search. Here is a link to the film that I am reading. https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G9ZR-KQSH?i=204&cc=2128172

It might have just been a glitch.

This conversation is being moved to Search (Historical Records) because it is not about a current indexing project.
