Ever since you made the user format "more friendly" I have had trouble using the program. The search screens don't look or work exactly like the learning screens depicted. The home page half the time consists of the top headers etc with no input lines. I get server error messages etc. The program worked great a month or two ago! What happened??????

Same here. Many issues trying to search databases. Why launch "improvements" until you know they will work?

I think most FamilySearch users will be most disappointed at there being no reassurance over this issue. That is, a FamilySearch employee advising us not to worry, efforts are currently ongoing to address your (the users') concerns. No estimated time frame need be notified, just an acknowledgment that the current interface does not suit the needs of at least 90% of FamilySearch users (as estimated from comments made in "Community") and these issues will be addressed.

Surely nobody in FamilySearch management (assuming they are aware of the overwhelming dislike of the new interface) will be happy at leaving things as they are currently. There have been enough constructive comments to enable the developers to know exactly what needs to be addressed to stop the continuing discontent with the current appearance and workings of the Search interface.
