Are you certain there is a 2nd page? Some indexing batches are a single page. What is the batch number?

If the blue bar at the top of your entry forms say Image 1 of 1, there is only 1 page. Most projects have a preset number of entry forms (like 1 of 20). Once you have indexed all of the names on your document (Image), you must delete the unused entry forms. To do this, click on the Trash Can Icon, select "All Blank Entries", Click Delete. Now you will see on your last entry a box that says "Submit Batch".

If that doesn't help, The batch number mentioned above is the sequence of letters/numbers in brackets after the project title. By posting that with your question, others can see the same batch you are working on and provide a more accurate answer. Those batches are opened by either clicking on the gear next to My Batches and pasting in the batch code [XXXX-XXX] or with a batch open, by clicking on Help, and Open Shared Batch.
