Why am I getting an error message when I try to send "Messages" to our indexers?

I am a stake indexing director. When I try to send a "Message" to our indexers I get a dialog box that says, "An error has occured that may affect your ability to use this page. FamilySearch has been notified. ffa83ab2 | Groups p9958262" It allows me to to enter the Contact Names and Subject, but won't allow me to type in the message. How do I resolve this? Thanks. Robert

    Attention: "Indexing"

    [ eg. @John Empoliti & @Melissa S Himes ]

    or ...

Possibly, a "Moderator" [ ie. 'FamilySearch' "Support" (Personnel) ], with responsibilities, in "Indexing"

    FYI

    Thanks for the tag, Brett.

Here is a common first thing to try when getting error messages on FamilySearch.org. It mentions indexing but can sometimes help with any web-based issue. So it's worth trying. If it doesn't, then maybe a moderator can look into it.

Because your concern is specific to the Indexing portion of FamilySearch, I am moving this discussion to the Indexing Category in the Community.

When you have a concern about a specific program or feature that you wish to discuss in the Community, please sign into your Community account and at the top of the screen click FamilySearch Help. This is the link to the Community Help Center page which has icons that represent the different categories where we can post our concerns and comments. Using the appropriate category allows those who are familiar with each program to respond with answers and with additional comments.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. I hope a satisfactory answer will be provided to provide you with the answer you need.
