FamilySearch created an ID for James Forsythe ID: KVLG-X64 and his wife Elisabeth Boswell ID: KVLG-XD1. Also there are 3 children in this family. Where did the info come from to create this family?

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    FISRTLY ...

    You are mistaken ...

'FamilySearch' DID NOT "Create" the individuals/persons:

    James FORSYTHE ( KVLG-X64 )

    Elisabeth BOSWELL ( KVLG-XD1 )

    ▬ Douglas FORSYTHE ( M2H3-Q9T )

    ▬ Robert James FORSYTHE ( LZVB-82N )

    ▬ Mary FORSYTHE ( M2H3-QSZ )

They ALL appear to have been "Created" by Users/Patrons ...

Plus, they are from, the predecessor, to "Family Tree", that; being, "New,FamilySearch".

    SECONLY ...

Luckily, as well, for 'James'; "Elizabeth'; and, 'Robert', there are some "Sources" attached.

Sadly, for, 'Douglas'; and, 'Mary', there are NO "Sources" attached.

    FINALLY ...

You may like to consider, attempting to "Contact", the OTHERS Users/Patrons, who have contributed to the aforementioned individuals/persons, by "User Messaging" in 'FamilySearch'.

Perhaps, the Users/Patrons, who "Created", those individuals/persons, can shed some light on the situations,

But, that said, be prepared for NO response; as, we do not always get responses.

Sometimes, the User/Patron, has themselves, passed away; or, no longer uses 'FamilySearch'; or, is an infrequent User/Patron of 'FamilySearch; or, simply chooses NOT to respond - there can be many reasons.

    Good Luck.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

    And ...

    Just in case ...

Relationship Viewing: How do I turn on or off the option to view my relationship to other users?

    Good Luck.

I hope, that these may also help/assist, somewhat.

Yes thank you. I have a relative who is challenging the relationships and I did not want to change anything until I found out where the info came from.
