    Click into your grandparent and see if there is a delete person option. This assumes you have posted very few sources, memories, etc. to that record and can easily recreate. If you have quite a bit of information or memories added then look down at the children listed and you will see a pencil. There you can remove the parent child relationship. This keeps the record in existance. You may have to do that for each child. Please have the ID of the parent handy, so when you click the CORRECT child to add this person back, you can do it easier.

    @NorbertAllen1

    FYI

    Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

    Depending on circumstance/situation ...

    Here a a couple of "Knowledge Articles", in 'FamilySearch':

    A person in Family Tree has the wrong spouse

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/a-person-in-family-tree-has-the-wrong-spouse

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/a-person-in-family-tree-has-the-wrong-spouse

    How do I correct parent-child relationships in Family Tree?

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-correct-parent-child-relationships-in-family-tree

    https://www.familysearch.org/en/help/helpcenter/article/how-do-i-correct-parent-child-relationships-in-family-tree

    Follow the steps in those "Knowledge Articles"; and, give them ago.

    Plus, there are "Related" articles included, in those "Knowledge Articles".

    IF, you are still having difficulty; THEN, come back to this post of yours.

    Good Luck.

    I hope, that these may help/assist, somewhat.

    Brett
