How do I correct a transcription error in a church family census?

I have stumbled upon a church census record that I can't edit and the record was transcribed inaccurately. My grandfather's first name is "Vard". In the record, his name is transcribed as "Rard". This mistake was made for him and his oldest son who shares his name.

See:

"The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Church Census Records (Worldwide), 1914-1960", database, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:8W2L-XQ6Z : 25 August 2021), Rard Linden Hurst, 1940.

Hi, I have checked for you and as you have seen there is, at the moment, no way to edit this entry. The ability to edit entries can come and go as engineers work on the system, so I suggest you check back from time to time to see if you can edit the name.

I know, from personal experience, that it can be very frustrating when you can see an obvious error but are unable to fix it. At the moment I would suggest that you add a note in extra information or perhaps in 'Life Sketch' at the top of a person page.

For future reference I am attaching the links two Knowledge Articles about correcting indexing mistakes.
