I want to report a problem with the search engine - Picking a smiley face will not result in a fix.

Here's the problem...I want to find Yelverton land records in Ulster county. I select the Record option menu, select United States, New York Land Record. Fill in Yelverton and Ulster - Get the screen that says " No records found". I should get several record....please fix this.
