I am so sad as I continually brag to my children about how hard I am working. LOL My indexing totals stopped updating around Christmas time, how can I excuse my lack of housework if I don't have up-to-date numbers to show for all my sitting on the computer time? I hope someone can fix this important problem. Thank you.

You might want to contact FamilySearch directly. Click on the Question Mark in the right corner. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the box that appears. It will give you lots of options. Sometimes the totals take a day or two to update because the servers get overwhelmed with so many indexers working at the same time (Sundays). But, if your totals haven't updated since Christmas, that is a different problem. I do know some people who are obsessed with their numbers and they keep their own spreadsheets of batch codes and numbers of records indexed.

There are a couple of things you might try before placing the call, like cleaning up your computer by clearing the temporary files and cookies, to see if your numbers show up. Here are some how-to links to Help Center articles:

Also check your browser and make sure it is compatible with FamilySearch:

Best wishes and don't forget to catch the dust bunnies under the beds! They reproduce very quickly! LOL
