I have had several batches that are

"Image currently unavailable. Forbidden"

Am I supposed to go through each one changing it to: "No, No Extractable Data"?

Thank you

You should exit the program and restart it. Then pull up the batches again and see what happens. That is a glitch and the images should not be marked No Extractable Data. If you can't get them to open, then I would return them by clicking Batch, Return Batch. Maybe the next ones will be viewable.

That error message is different than the one I get which is Access Restricted (because I am not able to index Wisconsin records since I am not a church member).
