I am a director for a family history center. I received a report about submitters in our stake. I was wondering what the criteria for a submitter is? Is it once a family name card has been printed then they are a submitter? Multiple cards are now printed for each person, up to 5, so are they a submitter each time the card is printed for the next ordinance?

Because your concern is related to using the Family History Activity Report because of your calling as a director of a Family History Center, I will be moving this post to the Family History Center category here in the Community Help Center.

When you have a question that is specific, please feel free to click FamilySearch Help and then click the icon for the category that will get your question to the individuals who can provide the most complete and correct answers.

    Susan,

after you sign into to FamilySearch account, go to the help center and type in FHAR report in the search box there are 3 different answers regarding the FHAR report. Also, I have included a link to the article.

What information is on the Family History Activity Report (FHAR)?
