On the first marriage entry on the right side for Vassart to Wilmot there also appears their birth records beneath the marriage one. Do I include those?

I read the instructions and do not see anything that suggests you would create birth entries for them.

This question came up a while back and my friend, Dellory, guided me to this help center article. I think it helps to clarify why we would not create extra entries in this case.
