You could go to https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3Q9M-C337-GX1T?cc=3743274&personaUrl=%2Fark%3A%2F61903%2F1%3A1%3A83N6-75T2, but I see you cannot directly download or print this image from your home. As it does not appear to be "restricted material" otherwise, perhaps you will be able to get a copy via the look-up service.

I managed to print the page (by copying into either Word or Paint), but couldn't manage to get a sharp image. Perhaps someone else can suggest a workaround. (Copying / cropping the page, then saving as jpeg file did not allow for good quality image when using zoom in.) I also saved as a png image (the only option directly provided), with the same poor quality of image when zooming in.

On my screen, I can get a reasonably high-resolution image by stitching together two screenshots per side in full screen view, but it's marred by the presence of the image navigation buttons, so I think it's worth asking the lookup service for a "clean" copy. Just keep in mind that you need the right-hand side of image 767 and the left-hand side of image 768.

Actually, since the "Affidavit of priest or minister" section is blank, the reverse side can be done in a single screenshot:

I use a LARGE monitor, and I have a browser extension that will grab the full screen as a PDF. It's what I use when I work with New Jersey BMD which are also restricted from download. That gives a very high quality image. I can't attach a PDF here, unfortunately.

@DianePutman if you want to send me your email address, by PM, for privacy, I can send you a high quality image.
