I am indexing a document that has the year 189 then blank, how do I index this?

    Please share your batch code with us and someone will be able to give you an answer. The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of the project title. Just copy the code and paste it here with your question.

    If the 189 is a preprinted date on the form and the last number of the year is meant to be filled in but isn't, the field would be Blanked.

    @barbaragailsmith1 But I think some project instructions say to use the reference images to ascertain dates so we need to know what project/batch the indexer is working on?

    That's true, if it is on a reference image that's fine. But if not, then we leave it Blank.
