A census appearing as a tax record

Two parts to my question:

  1. The batch is labeled as a tax record in Canada. When I open it, it is a census record of youth ages 5-18. Should I mark it no extractable data?
  2. I am reviewing it and the indexer filled out a record for both the child and a separate record for the parent listed on the census. This doesn't seem right to me. If I do proceed to index the census, shall I only do the youths' names and not include the parents on their own records?

    As LarryClark43 mentioned:

Please share your batch code with us and someone will be able to give you an answer. The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of the project title. Just copy the code and paste it here with your question

    • The Project Instructions say: Index all tax records that have at least 1 name to index.
    • Mark all other images, including population returns or images without a name to index, in Step 1: Images as No, No Extractable Data.

This is not a tax record, it's a census, which would be an "other image". You should mark it No Extractable Data.
