Functions does not work

I can log in, but it does not work so I can use my family tree. Can also not see my temple list that I had before you turned me off. What can you do to help me?

Just in passing ...

Providing the "Browser(s)", that you use, is (are) compatible with 'FamilySearch' ...

And, the "Versions", of your, "Operating System"; and, "Brower(s)", are up-to-date ...

[ ie. The LATEST version; or, the PREVIOUS version ... ]

As an aside ...

IF, you have not already; THEN, ...

An "Oldie"; but, STILL, often, a "Goodie" ...

Try "Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, the "Cache", of the "Browser(s)" that you are using ...

[ And, even, the "Browsing History" ... ]

It does not always work; but, more often, than not, it does.
