Recover previous account when email has changed

I had to register again to be able to ask this question. I haven't used my previous account for over a year during which time my email address changed. The recovery options don't work for me and it tells me it doesn't recognise either of my emails or my mobile number. Can I possibly recover my earlier account with all my family tree I have built up over the years please?

    Hi Elspeth

The bad news first: we have not been able to find a toll free number for you to call us from South Africa.

The good news - all deceased persons you added previously in FamilySearch are still there. All you need to do to connect them is to add them to their living family. Once you add a deceased person that you previously added, then all that pedigree will show.

Here is a knowledge article that will help:

Thanks so much. I hope will be able to regain all the detail I added too.
