Does the surname “Jordon” also apply to all the first names under it?

I kept waiting for an expert to reply to your question but as that has not happened I will give you my opinion.
I did check the image and did review the instructions and look at the examples but didn't find anything that would help.
I would say that from the way the page is set up, that yes Jordan does go with the first names under it.
Maybe some one else knows for sure.

I agree and would index Jordan as the surname for each of those individuals. It is an inferred "ditto".
I would also create a separate record for Alonzo Jordan since it says Elizabeth ux Alonzo. (et ux means "and wife", so I think they might be saying she is the wife of Alonzo. The recording should have been et vir which means "and husband", but, that is a rare finding!)
Also, you will want to include the initials with the Given Names. (John E, Henry A, and so on).
