Is it Christian Graeser or Christine Graeser
How can I tell if the christening record attached to Christian (MB4X-7X1) Film 004034756 Image 345, bottom of left page, and the same record from Film 102121310 Image 346 attached to Christine (LHSN-J5G) is for a male or female child? I have searched the adjacent images in case there were twins but unable to find a second child. The death record is also on the both films, image 384 and 385 respectively, 2nd from top on the right side of the page.

The very bottom entry on the left on image 345 of 004034756 is Christina Graeser, daughter (Tochter) of Sebastian Gräser and his wife Jacobina Mann (?). Ditto for the death.
A son is Sohn- see the baptism immediately above Christina's.
There is no film 102121310.
