How to enter a marriage date

I have a sheet that has multiple recorded marriages. however one entry says "Certificate wanted- Certificate Given" and then a date...does that mean they were married elsewhere? The rest of the sheet says "marriage" and then the date. How do I record this or do a just put "BLANK" or do I not record those names at all?

Hi Jill. Would you share the batch code with us? It is the number at the top of your batch and looks like [Part O][XXXX-XXX]. That way we will be able to look at what you're working on and provide you with some assistance.

Thank you for giving your time to help index these records.
