Trying to send out Invitations for Indexing subgroup.... getting error message

How do I fix this so I can continue sending out the invites? (and what is causing this?)

Hi Lisa, so sorry that this has been delayed in getting back to you. We have replicated and are not seeing an error message on our end. We would suggest that you clear your browsing history and cookies and change browsers if you are still having the problem. After doing these things, if you are still getting an error message, please contact us again.
